This hotel was absolutely outstanding! I would certain not call it a 3 star hotel, because it felt like a 4 star hotel. The food, staff, and room were fantastic. I could not be happier with my stay at this wonderful hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

very enjoyable stay, friendly, caters for a lot of German holiday makers but was fine with us. No problems at all.Pool is unheated and very cold especially in April. lol managed to get in once !!! Reception staff extremely helpful giving us advice on places to visit, maps bus routes times fares etc. Food was excellent we were all inclusive. Had a lovely sea view room.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is super clean in a great location right in the middle of Cala millor and I would definitely give it more than 3 stars. we stayed all inclusive, the food was good and have a great variety everyday. the staff is very helpful and I would highly recommend it.

Two single beds instead of a proper double bed - disappointing.

Location, price, high standard of hotel and great food linked with the general helpfulness of all staff made this holiday a most enjoyable one. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two weeks. Wife, 7 year old and myself. The hotel mainly caters for German tourists, so the standard is extremely high. The hotel is a 5* masquerading as a 3* in my opinion. The staff are lovely, fantastically polite and nothing seems too much trouble. It is clean, well appointed and the food is excellent. As I have said, if you are not put off by the slightly Germanic cuisine - and I wasn't (and nor should you be - shame on you if you recoil at the thought of eating 'foreign' food) as it was uniformly excellent, then get booking!! It was quite entertaining to play 'sunbed roulette' with our Germanic cousins each morning. All in good spirits. Towels on sunbeds... Its all true!! I found my fellow guests to be in the main charming and we made friends with one German family whom we plan to visit. There is entertainment laid on, from air rifle shooting, to pool aerobics, and there are several kids discos each week, to entertain the young ones. At night there is generally free entertainment, laid on by the hotel. It may not be your thing but... your'e on holiday, so why not!! The hotel is within 30 yards of the beach, a short distance from the Calla Bona British enclave. I think that the reason that the hotel is so good is because the staff make it so. The Manager, Antonio Garcia is very 'hands on' and is extremely obliging. You will find that he keeps a very careful eye on everything. I would return without hesitation.

Don Juan sits right on the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Millor, Majorca, Palma de Mallorca (NE of the island). It is NOT Cala Major, which is in the other direction of the island so perhaps write the name down to show taxis/bus drivers. The transunion.com bus can take you to and from the airport for about 30 euro round-trip per person which is your best be (about a 2 hour one-way drive from the airport, but you must book at least 3 days in advance). The staff are mostly friendly, but the cleaning of the rooms, technical assistance (such as call on our behalf for a snorkeling excursion, and providing tap water) was subpar. Cala Millor is a German town, therefore, it was interesting that the staff knew more German than Spanish, and knew very little English. The resort has an OK buffet, great pool, quick walk to the Sea, and caters to families and people wanting a relaxing vacation - night performances by the pool, bar services, etc. All in all, decent stay, but not for persons seeking a more rambunctious crowd or for persons who speak only English.

Stayed for 4 nights on a short break, Lovely hotel in great location right on beach front close to bars and restaurants and a short twenty minute walk to the pretty harbour at Cala Bona. Nice pool area and pool bar, hotel is kept spotlessly clean everywhere, food is mostly geared for the German guest as is most of this resort but dont let that put you off it was all very nice plenty of places to eat out if you want to all very reasonable and a number of nice bars ( Rose and Crown at the back of the hotel was great fun), lovely long beach and sea front walk way all nice and flat and lots of shops to browse if thats what you like to do. This hotel is underated and deserves to be rated 4 stars, would definately recommend.
