福岡市民ホールの近くですのでサンパレスホールや天神に用がある時丁度真ん中辺りに位置しているので便利です。

ホテル側がエアコンの温度を調整してるのか部屋に空調のリモコンが無く寒かったです。 冷蔵庫が全く冷えない。冬だったので部屋に出しっぱの方が冷たかったです。 お風呂の水捌けが遅い。
