スタッフの方の接遇、ホテルのロビーや室内は掃除も行き届き、気持ち良く過ごせました。 またセミダブルの広い部屋を準備して頂き、ゆっくり過ごせました。

景観がイマイチでしたが、立地的なことでやむを得ないと思いました。

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。 パソコンの立ち上げまで手伝っていただき、助かりました。帰りもネックレスを忘れてしまい、郵送していただきました。

お部屋が寒くて、困りました。エアコンは中央管理で部屋でコントロールできませんでした。季節の変わり目で、仕方なかったと思います。
