Hipotels Sherry Park

Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel waar wij ooit verbleven. Heerlijke bedden en kussens, ruime en rustige kamer, goede schoonmaak, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, prachtig zwembad, binnenstad Jerez goed aan te lopen, etcetera.

In een hotel waar alles top is geregeld is het een enorme deceptie dat je als Booking.com gast 19 euro parkeer kosten per dag moet betalen. Maak dit gewoon onderdeel van de kamerprijs zoals bij rechtstreekse boekers. Verder zou een thee en koffiezetapparaat op de kamer een mooie toevoeging zijn.

La ubicación y las zonas exteriores

I had read previous reviews, some of which were unfavourable. However, it's better to read the more recent posts which are likely to be more accurate. Our room (207) faced the rear of the property which we found to be very quiet. The room was comfortable, good size bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast had a wide choice of foods on offer, the dining room was bright, airy and spotlessly clean. Interior public spaces were comfortable and all staff were friendly. The pool and garden areas are kept clean, towels are available at the poolside and there is a lovely poolside bar serving drinks and snacks. The hotel location is approximately 10 minutes away from the main tourist hotspots, an easy walk. I'd certainly stay at this hotel again if I visited Jerez

A couple of things could improve the overall guest experience. There were not enough staff at the poolside bar, they were doing their best but at busy times it could be a long wait to get served. We stayed for 2 midweek nights in June, I imagine it will be much busier at weekends and during July/August. Also, around the pool they need more parasols

El alojamiento todo muy bien

Al entrar y pagar tuvimos problemas con la reserva. En nuestra reserva quisimos pagar la estancia que llevaba el desayuno incluido y la cena que nos costaba 21,50€ por persona y el recepcionista nos dijo que eso no podía ser y no consintió cobrarla al precio de booking . Nos dijo que eso nunca lo había visto, que la página de booking había sido hackeada y que teníamos que pagarla al precio del hotel.
