Room was nice, staff were friendly and approachable. Food is fantastic, had a delicious dinner. Breakfast is the best I've ever had in a hotel, easily.

There's only one EV charger and we specifically asked if we could charge our rental overnight, asked if we needed to reserve it - staff advised us we were the only ones with an EV and it was all ours. Another car was plugged in that evening and without 24h reception we were out of luck, had to pay recharge fees, bit annoying!

"A whirlwind stop to see Brisbane and this place was ideal"

The location is slightly out of town but very connected. We walked to the ferry and popped downtown easily. James Street was very local with great shops and restaurants

Perfect location - friendly staff

The rooms are beneath a restaurant, my room was right by the stairs leading to restaurant / kitchen & across from the restaurant bathroom- lots of noise. For the price, the room was very small and not that clean
