Nice location, recently renovated, lovely team of staff

Despite the recent renovation, the air conditioning in our room was disappointing. We reported the issue and requested that it be fixed, but unfortunately nothing was done during our stay. Another significant drawback is the size of the pool, which feels completely inadequate for a hotel of this size. When the hotel is at full occupancy, the pool area becomes overcrowded, with many guests reserving sunbeds for hours without actually using them. Hipotels should do more to manage and enforce sunbed usage fairly. That said, the hotel is in a great location and has many positive qualities. However, it struggles to cope when busy, which detracts from the overall guest experience.

Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. De kamer was heel netjes en schoon en werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Mooi zwembad met fijne ligbedjes eromheen. De locatie van het hotel is super met een prachtig strand en veel prima restaurants op loopafstand. Onze favoriet was Perla del Mar.
