In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the Hotel Zuana Beach Resort warns tourists that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country is punishable under criminal and administrative law. For this reason, children and adolescents must be accompanied by their parents and present an identity document. In case of traveling with another adult, relative or not relative, they must also present an authorization signed by both parents notarized. Please Note: A TP-11 tourist visa or 5/PTP-5 permit must be presented upon arrival. Please keep in mind that an 8% consumer tax will be applied to beverages and meals for all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
