Lovely friendly staff , very reasonably priced hotel, lovely food

This is a good hotel within walking distance of the train station, marina, and all the restaurants and shops in Sorrento. The staff is very friendly and helpful with giving directions. Free breakfast is included, and the rooms are air-conditioned. There's an amazing rooftop view. The room was very clean. The only issue was the Wi-Fi would not stay connected, and when it did connect, it was very slow.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were amazing. Lots of choices both hot and cold offered.

This is most definitely a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff were excellent, and Daniele at the front desk was very helpful with travel advice. The view from the roof terrace is exceptional. We both thoroughly enjoyed her stay here and thought the food was excellent. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of cooked and continental foods. I've read some of the negative reviews around this hotel and do not know what some people are expecting when after all, they've booked to stay in a 3 star hotel.... In our experience, the hotel was excellent and the staff provided a 5 star service. Excellent value for money.

Loved the rooftop bar and the breakfast. Room comfortable but just s little fridge in the room to have water in would have made a big difference. Great location close to everything. We loved Sorrento all the beautiful views and restaurants and with a fold up mobility scooter easy to get around

Excelente location. Room very comfortable and clean. The only negative is the noise. The room faced the street and the crowd noise was high.

First: The LOCATION!!! Is excellent. But it's expensive. The hotel/room is clean, but very old style. Strangely, there is no kleenex in the room. The towels are like a dish towel, but they are strangely effective. You just pass them on you and it attracts water. The roof spa close very early, so unless you spend you day in the hotel, you can never use it. There is a grocery right in front that is open until 1am. Breakfast is good. So if you can find another one that offer better rooms for the same price, go for the other one. Because this one, you are paying for the location. The room is really ordinary (but clean).
