La habitación aunque era economica, no era la que aparecia en la foto, adicionalmente el inodoro tenia problemas para bajar y aunque reportamos este inconveniente este nunca fue resuelto por parte del personal del hotel. En general estuvo muy regular, aunque es un hotel de 3 estrellas hay otros en el rodadero con las mismas estrellas en mejores condiciones.

"Excellent service and food included"

I went with my friend and her daughter for a week and everybody was extremely friendly! They treated us very well always asking how we were and how was our day, etc. Miss Consuelo, the waiter lady, was so nice with all the guests always concerned about the food. The rooms are cleaned daily and they have comfortable beds. It has a nice swimming pool and the beach is just 2 blocks away. Definitely will be back there again.

"Friendly staff but lacks an elevator"

The hotel has modern facilities which seemed to have been remodeled recently. However, it is a shame that it doesn't have an elevator for people who cannot walk up the stairs. This is the main reason why I would not choose the hotel again. I would have to say that its staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. But I would just advice the hotel to schedule any drilling or hammering after 10amto ensure guests can sleep.I was awaken before 7am two days in a row because of this....
