My stay here was absolute perfection! Thank you Oliver's for your warm hospitality & best food EVER! Fantastic views, most stunning gardens, extremely comfortable rooms, ALL staff warm, welcoming, fantastic human beings - the perfect spot for in between Safari. "Tranquility and comfort!"

Thought we’d add a little luxury to the end of our trip around Highveld and the Kruger. Beautiful spot and hits all the excellent notes. Nothing’s too much trouble and an allround great choice! Sits alongside 1st green of White River Country Club which is well worth a knock.

The AC in the room was not 100% but we did report it and I am sure it will be ready for the next quests.

"Petty and disappointing"

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The decor is tasteful. The location travelling from Kruger Park is perfect

Being mid winter we imagined sitting in front of the fire sipping sherry. The sherry was provided but we could not light the gas fire. We were told the fire was only lit at 5pm and the cost is R350. We were shocked but agreed. However the fire remained unlit the entire visit. The fire was also not provided in the dining room even after enquiring. This pettiness was offputing of a potentially lovely stay. We will not be back.

Cleanliness and interiors. Warm rooms

Shower was pretty thin rain and pressure was too less. TVs could be bigger. More options for food in the restaurant.
