L'hôtel m'a agréablement surpris. Il est magnifique et dynamique, et propose une multitude d'activités. J'ai adoré. Je ferai tout mon possible pour y retourner chaque année pendant les vacances de Pâques..

J'ai constaté qu'il manquait certaines informations qui mériteraient d'être améliorées, comme par exemple mentionner que l'hôtel met des jouets de plage à disposition et que le matelas peut être échangé s'il ne convient pas au client. Ce sont des attentions appréciables qui contribuent grandement à la satisfaction du client. Les produits de bain (shampoing et gel douche) pourraient également être améliorés.

La atención del personal fue excelente. La limpieza muy buena y al entrar el aroma de la habitación me encantó. Me toco una habitación mejor de lo esperado, un balcón espectacular.

No ponen kit de cepillo dental.
