Sunset Village Beach Resort

Beautiful property, very professional staff, and friendly. I enjoyed my meals, breakfast, and dinner, which was very fresh food and delicious. Great view of the beach from my room .Two beautiful pools, very nice sauna and fitness center. I will be returning real soon..

I didn't stay longer..

We stayed one night in the “2 Bungalow On Beach Premium” at The Sunset Village after cutting short a disappointing stay at another hotel. The resort is beautifully located, very peaceful, and ideal for those seeking tranquility or traveling with pets – however, we were only informed after booking that dogs are not allowed in this specific bungalow type, which required some last-minute adjustments. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, although the welcome at the reception could have been warmer. Dinner was average – the crab was not very fresh and had little meat – but breakfast was excellent. When crabs are not optimally fresh or properly handled, they often yield less meat and offer a less satisfying taste experience. Overall, it’s a charming place with great potential. We would consider returning, but only after the bungalows are properly refurbished – at a nightly rate of nearly 15,000 THB, more comfort is to be expected.

The bungalows are right on the beach, which is lovely, but swimming is difficult due to sharp rocks in the water, and during high tide there’s hardly any beach left. At night, waves crash against the stone wall, which made it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, the bungalows are quite old and need renovation. The ceiling fan was out of order, the remote control battery was weak, the sliding doors were corroded and stuck, and the floor was dusty – clearly not cleaned under the beds for some time.

Excellent beachside property with trees, flowers, and birds. Nice and well maintained rooms on the beach.

Close to the beach

Lovely resort but it’s getting a little tired. Dinner from the restaurant was delicious but expensive, and breakfast was a bit average. The view from the bungalow however was spectacular.

Close to the Beach, Pet Friendly

The room I stay the hot water does not work. But I am sure they can fix it.

Our stay was amazing, the staff is wonderful and so attentive. We went with our 1 year old son and they all treated him like a little prince, so sweet. The location is also amazing, we enjoyed the little beach and the sea, perfect getaway! Food and drinks at the restaurant also good, lots of choice for both breakfast and dinner. All in all a big recommendation!!
