Love the hotel staff lovely have been there several times.

Our room was overlooking delivery entrance and was very noisy at times.

Location was good but a 40 min walk into Playa Blanca but a nice coastal walk. The staff were all brilliant and couldnt have been more helpful. Food was good and good variety. Great value for money. Plenty of sunbeds.

Weather wasnt great and I was cold in the bedroom and the communal rooms. Although that isnt the fault of the hotel!

Wir verbrachten über Ostern (Anfang April) zehn Tage im Hipotels Natura Palace. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie die angenehme Gästeanzahl, die grosszügige Anlage und die tolle Lage des Hotels. Dank unseres Mietwagens konnten wir täglich problemlos und kostenlos direkt vor dem Hotel parkieren. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren sehr abwechslungsreich und stets lecker. Am Pool liess es sich wunderbar entspannen, und es war nie überfüllt. Ein zusätzliches Highlight war das am Nachmittag geöffnete Pool-Bistro.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Brilliant pools, large apartment and great views, i wish i could afford to stay there with family for atleast two weeks or so.

Its not an issue just that you do need a car to get to the center and the shops.
