las vistas de la habitacion . No cogimos la habitacion con vistas a la piscina, pero la verdad que las habitaciones sin vistas dan a un pasillo bastante feo la verdad...

Die Lage, der Service und das Buffet sind großartig!

Amazing and peaceful location, with great views of the ocean from the rooms. We were given a free upgrade which was very nice, the room was spacious and very clean with excellent amenities. The pool was also fantastic and great lineup of activities. A big thank you to the team who were kind and personable, especially Andreu who checked us in. The breakfast was extensive and it was lovely eating with a sea view. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

Hotel grande y elegante, de los que hace unos años eran de lujo y próximamente se va a reformar para seguir a la altura. El ambiente es tranquilo, con muchos turistas jubilados europeos, que se acuestan temprano y tienen muchas actividades para ellos. Nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación a una con vistas y quedamos encantados. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. El personal de recepción un 10/10! Está ubicado en Playa Blanca, en una zona hotelera, y aunque tiene la playa cerca es 100% necesario tener coche de alquiler para moverte desde el hotel. La piscina del hotel magnífica, está climatizada y en pleno febrero nos pudimos bañar. El desayuno del hotel es un buffet grande con mucha variedad, aunque algunos clientes no sean muy limpios a la hora de manipular y servirse los alimentos. Es una gozada desayunar en su terraza con vistas al mar y con el solecito. Calidad/precio es un hotelazo para disfrutar unos días en Lanzarote!

Staff were very good. Breakfast and Evening buffet OK. Pools clean and heated. Attractive garden areas. Small supermarket opposite, larger one at Playa Flamingo. Bus stop near.

My room was a big let down, I was in 1227. Nice balcony and views to the pools and sea. Bathroom cleaned daily but did smell of drains ! Main room was an odd shape, a section seemed to be added on flooring didn't match, it was all " very beige " in colour. TV didn't work properly it was very dark even on 100% brightness setting ! Also was in an odd position to the bed too far away, and settee sideways on one wall also not ideal to view it, I put a small chair in front to view it, at least the sound was good !! Reception staff very formal. The hotel is closing in a few weeks for refurbishment so I hope they can improve the bedrooms and add some colour !

hotel tres classe avec un petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Repas du soir également bon avec de nombreuses variations selon les soirs. la demi-pension était vraiment appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Literie au top pour moi qui suis sensible du dos. Personnel très pro au top.

carte et repas industriels servis au bard de la piscine, vraiment pas à la hauteur par rapport à l'établissement. Après 2 tentatives nous avons définitivement renoncé. Réveil le matin par les camions de livraisons qui déchargeaient juste en dessous de notre chambre. l'hotel acceuille plutôt des personnes âgées, ce qui ne correspond pas à notre âge.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel mit Meerblick. Beim Essen gibt es eine gute Auswahl und die angebotenen Speisen schmecken auch gut. Die Poolanlage ist schön und das Personal freundlich.

Leider war das Durchschnittsalter 60+. Aber dafür war es schön ruhig. Bei den Desserts habe ich Crema Catalana vermisst. Beim Frühstũck wäre frischgepresster Orangensaft noch toll oder mehr Smoothies ohne Milch/ Joghurt.
