Hipotels Natura Palace Adults Only

Good breakfast. Excellent pool area and gardens. Quick check in. Basic room still had some sea view. Free water in room. Will stay again.

Room was on the west side , close to the loading bay, there is a little noise in the mornings around 6am. Hotel is about to close for a refurbishment and it's probably needed, the bathrooms in particular look dated. Ants and beetles in the room and bathroom, nothing too serious and the hotel did try to deal with it. Might be a little too far from main part of playa Blanca for some older people, 2km walk Bed was a little uncomfortable, might suit some but not me. .

Le stanza illustrate in fase di prenotazione non corrispondono affatto alla realtà. In particolare ho preso una suite con vista le cui immagini erano molto belle e mi sono ritrovata in una suite old old style vista pannelli solari. Ho reclamato ed il responsabile della reception tale Jose Antonio mi ha comunicato che” non possono spendere tempo a fare le foto di tutte le stanze e che una suite è una suite indipendente dalla vista o dal confort”

Lovely hotel, needs a bit of an upgrade I believe this is happening in May, added bonus We giot an upgrade to a suite. Staff all very friendly. Great location , near the beach. Definitely will return after its upgraded.No diokr

Another lovely stay at the Natura Palace. Everything was to the usual high standard and the staff were very helpful and friendly as always. Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved our hotel! The size of the room, cleanliness, facilities, pools and the promenade along the ocean - everything was wonderful! Staff was helpful, having a massage & spa place right next to the hotel is a nice touch. Also, the trees inside the hotel are mesmerising, loved the atmosphere!

They have a huge dining room, with lots of food option on the buffet. The staff is working wonderfully also, they are preparing the tables quickly etc. However, probably because it is a very big room, with lots of human traffic - and maybe from the acoustic of the room, especially in the morning, it is very overwhelming with the sound of the dishes. If you have high sensibilities, it will be very overwhelming. Even with earplugs we suffered a lot and tried to find a table on the back side of the room.
