Hotel Costa del Sol

Personal amable y accesible, buen aire acondicionado, misma comida pero se dejaba comer, buena iluminación, refigeradora en la habitación. Cucarachas mandingas en el baño, puerta de habitación y del baño deterioradas, recepción calurosa (no se cómo trabaja el personal allí), piso del restaurante resbaloso.

Very dirty and old

Las habitaciones estaban sucias, con olor a humedad, no tenían mini frío. El hotel estaba sucio, mal olor y el staff poco amigable. Reserve 5 noches y me retiré del hotel a penas llegué y no me devolvieron mi dinero. Ni el Hotel, no Expedía. No lo recomiendo. Las fotos en la App no muestran la realidad.

I was doing check in 1 hour. The guys on front desk do not speak any English. The air conditioning inside the room made me sick there is no hot water in the building. Also you cannot bring the girl inside your room. In th bathroom alot of bugs.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, los cuartos muy amplios, comodos, con agua caliente, aire climatisado buena vista, la comida del restaurante bien preparada y variada. Buen servicio

Great value. You get for what you paid nothing less nothing more. Great location.

AVOID THIS HOTEL - WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR RATING IF POSSIBLE. The Staff was very accommodating, however, the property is on terrible condition. My air conditioning did not work so I changed rooms and the hot water did not come on regardless of how long the shower was on in the new room. The furnishings were old and the bed was hard as a brick. The linens and towels are low quality and no blanket in the room. The pillows were old, flat, and smelled. The room entry door was a hollow core door and when you left the room at night the corridor lights were off and did not come on until you reached the elevator. The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel with no thermostat in the room.

Infelizmente a estadia foi muito ruim. O hotel tem um cheiro péssimo e instalações antiquadas. Precisei trocar de quarto pois era muito precário. De bom, posso falar apenas da localização.

El Hotel esta desaseado, las fotos no corresponden con la condición del cuarto, el ascnsor huele a mal. No obstante la administradora fue muy amable y nos cambio de cuarto e hizo todo lo posible para que estubieramos bien.
