Great holiday. Have stopped here for five years now. Excellent hotel. Would definitely stop again. Staff and friendly. Hotel clean and great food.

Very classy hotel. We were all inclusive and food was great, plenty of choice and always fresh and hot. Plenty of spare loungers, nice pool. Great view from 5th floor. Not many Brits, majority of guests from Germany.

Very German which was unfortunate for 5 year old son who had no kids to talk to but he did enjoy kids club. We went early in hols & more Brits were turning up as we left.

My experience was good, relaxing and and had enough nightlife, just right for families. We were there on a room only basis as we didn't want to be stuck to the hotel restaurant eating times. There are enough places to eat at however the area could do with a few traditional/tapas restaurants. The Marfil is very nice clean, friendly hotel, good bar and chill out area.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2014. The hotel is absolutely fine for a family stay- clean and with the services you'd expect for a 3 star property. The room was quiet (as long as you kept the balcony door closed) and had a nice view over the National Park. The area was pleasant but we would have preferred to be in a more authentically Spanish locale.

The only downside was that with the shops and restaurants come some bars with loud music in the evening. Our room was facing the street side which gave us partial view of the ocean from our balcony but also the noise from the bars. If you want complete quiet ask for a room facing inlands. And if you don't fancy surrounded by Germans seek for a different place altogether ;-)

very helpful staff, all spoke good English! Arranged transfers to and from airport, helped with trying to arrange excursions, provided early breakfast for early departure.

• Not a 4-star hotel; • Rooms require urgent remodeling; • No refrigerators in the rooms; • Food is okay, but all-inclusive is not worth extra 30 Euros per room per day unless you plan to stay in the hotel ALL the time as it only adds lunch and bar. Half-board works just fine for half the cost; • The beach is about 5 minute walk from the hotel; • The beach itself is quite crowded all the time. There are no lifeguards or showers with fresh water. In fact, we chose a few times instead to travel to Alcudia where there were hardly any people on the beach, lifeguards on duty and fresh water showers.

Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. Wide choice in dinning room and very clean in all aeras. Only down side is there is no wifi you have to pay for it and you can only use it in the reception. Beach towels are 15 euors each but refunded when you return your towels. Plenty of sunbeds. Very limited parking but you can park on side of the road. Beds are 2 single beds pushed together. The beach is about 3 minute walk away. Buses stop outside hotel. Staff are brilliant. Differnt entertainment each evening and the circus acts were brillaint If you want a nice relaxing holiday this is the hotel for you.
