Wir sollten ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage erhalten, welches sehr überhitzt war und die Klimaanlage defekt.Haben ein Zimmer in der mittleren Etage gewünscht und es auch bekommen. Unsere Abreise war sehr früh und wir haben ohne Komplikationen ein Frühstückspaket erhalten.

Dass die Klimaanlage nicht überprüft wurde und wir etwas mit Nachdruck auf ein anderes Zimmer bestehen mussten. Das Kaffeeangebot zum Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein. Eine Kleinigkeit aber Käse zum Frühstück wäre toll. Die Zimmer könnten etwas mehr Licht an angebrachten Stellen vertragen.
