Clean, comfortable, very quiet. Lovely staff. Very nice pool area. Nice beach on property. Good breakfast with made to order omelets. Good coffee! I would return some day

Clean big room, massive shower/bathroom, great balcony looking out to the ocean and little chipmunks playing in the tree. Sunny restaurant was terrible, very poor breakfast and ants all over the table, very poor customer service also. Had 2 beers at the beach bar then went to go to the bathroom but it was locked with no staff in sight. They had all left without saying a word. Can understand it was off season but communication would have been nice. Otherwise nice hotel and worth the price.

Stayed in a Delux Villa, great size with massive bathroom. Large balcony area looking through the garden to the beach and sea. Location is a little way out of town but a peaceful stroll. Good sized pool and surrounding area. It was very quiet for quite a large hotel so was very peaceful and relaxing.

Didn’t have any warm or hot water in the shower but the water was just okay to use. The beach area was a bit scruffy and needs a bit of TLC.

Spacious bungalow-style accommodation in lovely natural surroundings. Excellent staff, good restaurant, top class pool. An easy 10/15 minute stroll south on a quiet road and you're in "downtown" Khao Lak with its excellent restaurants, shops etc., go north for 5 minutes to reach a small beach, bar and restaurant.

Average. Staff was not as kind and attentive as we have experienced at other hotels in Thailand. The hotel is a bit worn down. Few people at the hotel, which was quite nice. We had the pool to our self most days. Sunbeds could use an upgrade! Located a bit far from the “centre” of bang niang. Would have preferred to stay closer to the centre/bang niang marked as we did not use the beach at all (not a good beach - took a tuk tuk to coconut beach instead).
