L' emplacement,, la grandeur des bungalows, très joli jardin bien entretenu. Proximité directe à la plage, pas de bruit de circulation. Service de chambre régulier et 2 bouteilles d' eau par jour offertes. Super piscine en bord de mer, propre et température idéale. Plage privée avec pouf en cuir et parasol dispos gratuitement. Calme et reposant. Proximité du centre-ville 10 mns à pied. Propre. Eau chaude. Grande douche baignoire. Climatisation efficace et peu bruyante, frigo et chauffe-eau à dispo (parfait pour faire le café du matin ou autre. .

Friendly staff. Nice sized bungalow and was clean. Great Pool area with beach access. Very chilled place.

Door Lock was temperamental and the room had a faint smell of damp when I arrived.

Been to Samui for nearly 20 years and this time is the only one disappointing. There is even a second place. Had booked for four days, but due to flightcansellation, we arrived a day later. Asked them if we could them if we could change til saturday-wednesday instead of paid friday-tuesday; they said no. Can live with that. Asked them if we could check in at 8 am at saturday though we’ve paid from friday; that was a big no no. Check in 2 pm even though we had a room from friday. When we got to the resort at exactly 2 pm there was no room ready for us. After an hour we got a budgetroom, not the one we paid for, and took it mostly because of jetlag. The toilet didnt flush. The next day we got a new room. The toilet didnt flush there neither. Paid nearly 9000 baht, stayed there for one night, in wrong budget-bungalow. We checked in at another resort. The receptionist english was far worse when we checked out. At least the resorts cat was nice and pleasant. I would love to hear the resorts of commentars and bad excuses about this.

I loved that the Bill resort had a great restaurant, pool, beach setup, and massage all on the property. Rustic setup, but had everything I needed, I spent a lot of time at the resort and the staff was super friendly. Best massage I've had here, on the beach with the waves crashing, it was great.
