Localisation très bien, personnel agréable

Très déçues par notre séjour. Après une seule nuit dans l'établissement, l'une de mes amies s'est réveillée couverte de piqûres ressemblant fortement à des piqûres de punaises de lit. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l'hôtel pour signaler le problème, mais nous n'avons reçu aucun retour. Même sans confirmation de l'origine des piqûres, nous aurions apprécié une réponse et une prise en compte de notre signalement. L'absence totale de réaction laisse une très mauvaise impression.

Нет кондиционера!!! Друзья, как вы себе представляете: отель в центре города, очень не дешевый. НО! На улице плюс 30, комната 10м2, окна во двор, ни единого ветерка. И нет кондиционера!!! Спать то как …?
