Terrible experience, the hotel want deposit and they try to SCAM you with a much bigger money than actual they say 100 euro but they take 250 euro from my credit card! They never return the money!!!! Please be careful!!!The rooms are cold during winter season! They want 15 euro per day, for the parking! Which is insane. The worst hotel ever!

Quick and efficient late check in. Got two rooms for our party which were very comfortable and quiet for a great night’s sleep. Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Available parking in secure garage. Highly recommend.

Issues with warm water (not always warm) and you can hear noise from th highway nearby

Very good place to stay in Belgrade very good position close to airport and not to far from city. Extremely friendly staff and service. Vesna is one of this beautiful people from receptions. Rooms and bathrooms look great. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, great choice of food and drinks. I will recommend this place to everybody

I stayed here for a week for business. The room was comfortable and clean, service here is great, the food was very good and there was a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff at the hotel especially those in the restaurant we’re excellent and attentive. A shout out to Dejean who was fantastic as were the rest of the staff. This hotel is a little out of the way and you need to take a taxi to the old town of you want to walk around. Although usually only a 10 minute ride when there is no traffic (about 700 dinars or 6 euros) at peak times you will be sitting in major traffic to cross the bridge and it will cost you. There are quite a few areas around the hotel for food and there are small grocery stores close by. My biggest issue with this hotel is the fact that the area designated for smoking is not blocked off from the rest of the hotel. This means when you walk through the front doors all you smell is smoke. I could not even sit in the lobby as I was practically choking on the cigarette smoke wafting out of the restaurant/ bar area. The hotel has a patio next to the dining area where I spent a lot of time. Even though I was in a non-smoking room very likely on a non-smoking floor, lying in bed at night I could still smell the smoke coming in through the air conditioning system. If you are sensitive to smoke I would not recommended staying at this hotel. If you don't care about smoke, then you will enjoy this hotel other than the fact that it isn't close to the old town. I think the hotel could really improve the situation if they put doors on the smoking side of the restaurant bar between the bar and the lobby. For me the smoking situation was a deal breaker.

Stayed there for one night due to flight on next day. Near the airport with nice and clean rooms. Food and Breakfast was good as well. Value for money for short stay and not so far from Beograd city as well.

The air conditioner was set at 24,5 C, which was way too hot. I repeatedly asked the staff to lower it, they said every time that they would and never did :(

Meets Expectations ,stayed here overnight to catch up our flights. Good business mass hotel catering to various class of guests. Decent breakfast, can be crowded at times. Dejan,Anastasia, Marija, were pretty efficient in the restaurant. Sasa was very efficiently manning the front office. Located centrally but you would need cab to reach various tourist destinations and the city centre.
