Excellent location. Rooms at back so lovely and quiet. Beds very comfy, A problem with a kettle not working was quickly sorted. Staff very helpful.

Some aspects of cleaning need addressing, The stairways are particularly dirty and really need a good clean. Dust in corner of room so attention to detail may be needed.
