comfortable room. don't arrive on a sunday, no reception. pool good but noisy, long way from anywhere
For the price I would have expected basics like at least soap to wash hands. However nice individual apartment. Some areas were dirty but basic areas like bathroom bed etc were very clean.
Very happy with our stay at bila Vista, Unit in general was very tidy everything as it should be. Plus little extra touches like the pool toys for the kids something we never think of packing. Manager very friendly, everything well kept the yard, pool, spa, bbq area always clean any tidy. Would definitely stay there again.
Was very impressed with the staff. The man at check in saw that my husbamd had mobility issues and straight away without even requesting he rearranged other bookings so we could have a lower level room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.
The stairs were a pain being heavily pregnant and with a toddler plus all the luggage. A lift would have made it more like a holiday! Fold out sofa bed mattress was dreadful, so thin and uncomfortable. Whole place needs updating but apart from being a bit aged/worn had everything you need in terms of kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer etc. The office hours are annoying as they are always shut when you go to see them.
Stayed with my partner we both loved it the room was cozy and the pool was lovely
We stayed 3 nights - but our unit could have comfortably looked after us for weeks. Our host was extremely accommodating & helpful - without being intrusive. We were also extremely impressed with the attention to detail to enable us to make the most of our stay ie beach toys, cooking utensils, fridge by the pool etc etc. We will be back.
The manager has been very helpfull, friendly and obliging. Would recommend for a pleasant stay.
Room was good and spacious. A bit dated and obviously had a makeover, but works well. Nice balcony overlooking the pool, but no lift which is a hassle with luggage.
Our apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay at the southern end of the Gold Coast. There was also a nice well maintained swimming pool. Great value for the price.
