The location was perfect for what we were in Christchurch for

The noise from neighbouring rooms, and people / children being very loud outside early in the morning not thinking of other guests. Very small toilet, can’t use the bathroom with the door closed. Couldn’t use Netflix app as it was in a foreign language.

Room was very spacious and had a comfortable couch. Was very happy to have the bedroom separate from the lounge area. Amenities were clean and in good condition. Bed was a superking size so plenty of room. Good blockout blind and curtains so light from the street wasn't a problem.

Our room was located on the street side. It was a little noisy till about 11pm.
