Chevron Palms

The room reeked of cigarettes and when I bought this to attention with reception they didn't do anything and said "this is the first I've heard of this'

It was in a convenient location

The room was untidy. The staff unfriendly. There were a lot of times damaged in the room. Informed the staff about the damage did not do anything. The description of the room and photo did not match at all. The air conditioner did not work properly in the room. Informed the staff and they not do any thing. Informed booking.com who also did not do anything. Was not a pleasant experience living here. Would not stay there again.

No cleaning and emptying of rubbish bins. No changing if sheets.

Room was clean amenities, everything was tidy. Washing machine and refrigerator were new. bed was comfortable.

The hot plates settings indicators had worn off - it took a while to work out what was heat and what was warm but that was the only very minor issue.

The view . The people . Everything was great . Just couldn’t get air conditioner going . So apartment was all was hot . Other then that it’s was great .

The room was always hot

The curtains did not block the sun in the morning and aren’t very private You Ned to make sure the lights are off at night for privacy

Location

The room was terrible the bedroom light didn't work or the fan and there was mould in the shower

the views were amazing

it could have been just a touch cleaner but nothing and hot water needs to be fixed it’s takes forever to come though and there is a jack hammer in the pipe that should be fixed

The location of the apartments was great, being a short walk into Surfers Paradise. We had a nice balcony with a good view.

The room was quite old and run down. The couches were very uncomfortable, there were loose fittings, the split system didn't work, nor did the fridge. We had to use an esky until our last day when a new fridge was delivered.

Great location as it is accessible to shops and beach.

It was not cleaned and maintained well.
