Great location, close enough to walk into town.

Our room was disgusting. From stained carpet, to old fridge and toilet (both came apart at the hinges and my partner fixed it as there was never anyone at reception to help). So old and manky, beds are incredibly uncomfortable too. There was a man in a bus staying at the rear of the property (right next door to unit 5 where we were). He was so loud, rude and smoked so the odour was constantly filling our unit. I mentioned this to reception and she said he was a guest but why was the ‘guest’ telling us to move our car at 9pm at night so he could go to work.

Location is convenient for our purposes

The double bed was bowed in the middle so we had to place a pillow under the mattress to stop us from rolling together. My partner had a sore back from the first night. The TV kept turning off and there were hardly any channels available.

Room size, and the fact that they had extra heaters in the room.
