The beds and pillows were very comfortable The staff were so helpful, pointing me in the right direction and looking after my bag I'm going back again next week

The property was large and walkable distance to city center & included parking

The bathroom was dated and the rooms had limited wall plug options. The hotel staff were difficult to converse with & I was disappointed at their level of communication relating on an on site incident (our car was hit by a fellow guest causing damage but the hotel did not notify us)

No aircon, Water suddenly turns cold sometimes, Interior needs some reno

Plenty of room and close proximity to city centre.

Stairs to front door were slippery when wet and lack of handrails made it feel unsafe. Tv in bedroom didn’t work or wasn’t tuned.

Good sized bedroom and living room. Well fitted with heaters for cold weather.

Heated bed had a broken plug. Wifi was unusable, ended up mostly using data.

The apartment had everything; heaters, a fan, dehumidifier to an iron, ironing board and two TVs. The kitchen had just about everything I needed. And my room was available before the check in time so I could head right in. I would stay again.

My only complaint was no oil, salt or pepper for cooking even though the kitchen was well equiped.
