Wspaniale położony. Piękne widoki. Część hotelowa zgrabnie wkomponowana w winnicę.

Istotną częścią pobytu w takim miejscu jest zwiedzanie bodegi. W ramach wycieczki miała miejsce degustacja wina. Wszystkie wina podano z jednej szklanki. W barze, gdzie usiedliśmy, do wina podawano jedynie konserwy, chipsy i oliwki. Pomiędzy wyznaczoną porą lunchu a kolacji wymagającymi rezerwacji stolika dzień wcześniej w hotelu nie da się nic zjeść. Hotel jest położony w środku winnicy i oddalony od miasteczka. Zrobiłem dla nas rezerwację stolika w restauracji na wyznaczoną przez recepcję godzinę. Wybrałem opcję à la carte, bo posiłki serwowane w pakietach były zbyt obfite jak dla nas. Pojawiliśmy się punktualnie. Kelnerka demonstracyjnie ignorowała nas przez 20 minut, obsługując w tym czasie innych gości, w tym takich, którzy przyszli po nas. Nie wiem, czy to dlatego, że zamawiając à la carte, jesteśmy klientem problematycznym, czy z innego powodu. Kiedy po 20 minutach zwróciłem jej uwagę, wzruszyła ramionami. Kolację zjedliśmy w pobliskim miasteczku.

Eigenlijk niets

Wir waren zum 4 x da, das sagt schon alles. Die Lage, der Blick aus dem Zimmer, die Nähe zu Laguardia und zu Top Weingütern, einfach immer wieder toll.

Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie vermissen wir einen Begrüßungsdrink und eine etwas größere Frühstücksauswahl, das ist aber wirklich das Einzige was es zu Meckern gibt.

What a truly unforgettable stay we had at Hotel Eguren Ugarte where viticulture blends with fabulous gastronomy and hospitality! The view across the vineyards was truly breath-taking and all but the entrance to the hotel faces that way - bedrooms and restaurant alike. Room was comfortable albeit on the slightly small side, with a very good ensuite bathroom - all impeccably clean. Great breakfast and excellent evening meal (set menu) very reasonably priced - we ate here both nights and found the food to be among the best we've had in Spain - lots of regional influences incorporated. We had the meal with 3 different wines from the winery at 49E - all delicious. Great staff - beautifully maintained grounds. Excellent bodega and we did the wine tour which was very good - it really helped us to understand the ethos of the place and left us feeling a real sense of Victorino, who was inspired to create this place. Can't recommend it highly enough.
