Royal Park Lodge

Good location.

Bathroom had no way to get rid of shower steam without window being wide open, meaning shower was in full view of anybody outside.

Beds to hard

Big, spacious, room.

Dirty, unkept area directly outside the sliding doors. Made me not want to go out there. No light over the kitchen area, quite dark.

Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and had a simple kitchen and dining table. It was close to Go Media stadium so we could drive there and back for the concert.

The exterior could do with some attention, just looks a bit tired. But that didnt affect our stay at all.

Location was fabulous

The noise at 1am from the neighbouring room as they returned from being out, laughing and talking waking everyone. Wasn’t until banging on the walls did the quieten. The shower head was also broken.

The room was so spacious and really clean inside!

The outside was a mess on the patio. There were some questionable items in the garden

The location of the Motel is very handy to all attractions and gives easy access to the motorway for traveling in all 4 ways. The unit was clean , Shower was hot but the mixer was temperamental . Bed was firm

Each day we were there we had to phone the office to say we didn't want service, A simple do not disturb sign would work. No bag,suitcase table in the room. Dining chairs were hard and uncomfortable, Pillows were hard. The grounds are very untidy and the place is getting a little run down. The staff need some customer service training. We have stayed there times before but this time will be the last.
