Staff superb, lovely welcome, breakfasts terrific, room nice and big, clean and comfortable and food good in top floor restaurant

Really minor but tv system didn't work. Also early check in was requested but we had to wait a long time (over 2 hours) before getting room. But very minor issues overall experience was great

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Die Suite war groß und das Geld wert. Die Lage hervorragend und das Frühstück sehr köstlich und alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool und das Restaurant am Dach war natürlich der Knüller. Parkplatz Garage, direkt vor dem Hotel oder Innenhof gratis. Einfach perfekt

Breakfast was good, location was Great, noise level from the kitchen above us was a bit much and unfortunately no view from the rooms, but from the roof top was exceptional.

The plugs in the rooms was disappointing as there was only one 2 point plug with usb and it was used for the tv, so you could not charge devices by the bed or anywhere with out unplugging the tv. the fridge is also just a drinks fridge so could not properly keep things for our daughter cold.

automatische Parfüm-Versträuer....war ganz schlimm nach 5min barfuss im Zimmer herumlaufen - schwarze Fusssolen.....war ganz ganz schlimm und ecklig --> ich habs an der Reception gemeldet und denen war es egal....schade
