When reception are gone and bar staff responsible for attending any issues - poor experiences. There were hundreds of ants on a bed in our room and the bar man just changed the sheets and threw the ant filled ones on the floor for them to spread. No apology for the uncleanliness etc. In another room, the housekeeper had changed the wrong bed’s sheets so a new check in slept in another guests bed before he came back to the room and we realised the issue. Bar manager did not offer solution, was quite rude and said there’s a bed there just sleep in it, despite that bed hadn’t been cleaned/old sheets with someone’s underwear on it.

Die Küche, viel zu klein, kaum Ausstattung, keine vernünftige Messer, und man kennt die Problematik mit Tieren, aber man lässt die Küche offen, einfach eine schiebetür oder ketten bus zum Boden wäre einfach.

kitchen facilities were lacking, too small and very hot.

Handy to stay post K’Gari trip. The washing machine broke while our clothes were in it and staff were very helpful and paid for our drying after.

Private room hadn’t been swept in at least 2 weeks. I know it’s a hostel and it’s not always going to be comfortable but they could at least keep the rooms clean at a minimum. The shared kitchen is on another level of filthy where nobody cleans after themselves, there should be staff cleaning the kitchen if it’s that dirty.

Very unexpected great place to stay

A supermarket and bus stop are nearby. They are the only good things.

Run down. Poorly maintained. Grubby. Grotty. Horrible showers and toilets. Dirty kitchen - just an area under a building - chipped bowls and plates. Cheap bar with watered down drinks. This place is run by prime who are just sitting on the land- they don’t give a toss about the quality of this dump or the suckers who pay too much to stay here
