Crystal Inn - Garth Rd

I have been staying at this establishment for the past 3 weeks and going home on weekends. During my stay , have had to deal with cars being repossessed during the night, police cars rushing the parking lot to arrest a car thief and burglar. Have had people check into room next to me and yelling , throwing things against wall to include people . When you go to say anything you have staff that contact the people in the room to remove them while your standing there so now you have to worry about repercussions towards you or your vehicle. Then they have a new person working at the check in who wasn't interested in the fact you had a reservation, said could not find it and come to find out had given your room to another individual so then had to go find another establishment to check into. Also you have staff who want to play cricket in the parking lot and hit people's cars with the ball.

I reserve for a suite and I didn't get the suite I have stayed here so many times and no that the suites is up stairs then the dude at the front desk tries to give me and my wife a dirty room then going to say that the room he put us in was w suites and we no it wasn't we didn't say nothing but will not try to stay there again and then when we showed he that we book a suite he said we didn't, these new people that's running this properly now is not what's up I never had a problem with staying here until now I would not try and spend my money on them again I really feel like I need a discount on my room but this is not what it is

It says free breakfast ...but they removed it

Enjoy the atmosphere and the people around there housekeeping was excellent front desk could use some work

Will not honor a medical service dog!!!!!!!! Was asked to leave knowing my husband is a disabled Army war veteran. Horrible experience
