"I stayed for ten minutes. I was told that there would no refunds."

There was no breakfast, the washer / dryer was rusty, it did not feel safe, the furniture was stained, the TV didn’t work, the manager was reluctant to provide an additional blanket, the door lock appeared to be compromised.
