"Not a guest-friendly hotel"

We and several other travelers had to wait and wait to check in, nobody at the front desk, nobody answering the bell for 15 minutes. I finally phoned the desk and the desk clerk came out. ~ There was no WiFi during our stay and the desk clerk didn’t know how to fix it. ~ Breakfast was supposed to go until 9:00. At 8:30 we and many other guests went to eat. There was no milk. No gravy for the biscuits and the kitchen attendant said that she would not refill it. Not a guest-friendly hotel.
