We stayed one night at the Sankara Nairobi, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we pulled up, the staff were super friendly and attentive! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. We dinner at the roof top bar. The manager was at the front and promptly greeted us and sat us at our table. He made a fantastic drink recommendation, penicillin #2! Our server Rachel was great and took care of our every need! Chefs kiss to the food… we enjoyed everything we ordered! Upon leaving, the manager came back over, asked about our experience and left us with a parting gift. It was a box set of beautiful stone animals! Our stay was great and I would highly recommend!

"Excellent experience with Dennis, subpar food"

In terms of service, Dennis was excellent. No notes - enjoyed the dinner experience that he offered us. In terms of the food, it really wasn’t tasty for the price and I don’t think a platter of this caliber at such a hotel should include smokies. Kindly benchmark and assess.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The atmosphere was great. No noice. I enjoyed the gym with the kind and professional staff. I enjoyed e lot the gift that I received every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again in the future

Staff was so nice!! Everyone was so helpful, Nick from housekeeping came by (unprompted) to ensure we were having a good stay and was very kind. Highly recommend! Kevin was our driver for the day and he was also incredible!!
