Being at Sankara is always like coming home. I have been soooooo often and at this point it is so refreshing seeing familiar faces right at the door. Hospitality never felt so warm and welcoming like being at Sankara. Thank you to every single person that makes my experience comfortable with a special touch which feels as though it was customized just for me. Thank you for making Nairobi home :-)

My recent stay at the Sankara Nairobi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived it was clear that this property operates at a level that truly sets the standard in Nairobi’s luxury hospitality scene. First and foremost I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire management and service team. The professionalism,warmth,and attention to detail were consistently evident throughout my stay. A special mention must go to Joanne and her outstanding Guest Relations Team-there attentiveness,personal follow-through,and genuine care for guests elevates the entire experience. They do not just meet expectations,they exceed them with grace. The Culinary experience deserves particular recognition,Executive Chef Jeff delivers cuisine of exemplary quality-refined,flavorful,and beautifully presented. The Graze Steakhouse stands confidently as the number one Steakhouse in Nairobi. The precision in preparation,quality of ingredients,and consistency in execution are world-class. The Executive Chef Lounge team -Edit,Shantal,Joulitte and Hillary exemplify hospitality at its finest. There professionalism,genuine warmth and seamless service made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. It’s rare to find such a cohesive and attentive team. A Heartfelt thank you as well to the security team leader and the amazing security staff,whose presence is both reassuring and discreet. There excellence contributes significantly to the overall comfort and peace of mind that guests experience. House keeping team also delivers daily excellence. There is a sense of momentum and innovation at Sankara-exciting time’s ahead for a hotel that’s already operating at the top of its class. I look forward to returning soon.

Had a fabulous stay at Sankara in Nairobi. One of the most luxurious properties in the city. Fabulous rooftop terrace and breakfast. And centrally located in the entertainment and shopping areas
