The sink was clogged on my last two nights and the carpet was very dirty and stained plus the bathroom was missing a doorknob from the inside.

We enjoyed the good sized room. Being upstairs meant it was quiet.

The lack of power points. Everything was loaded onto one plug. The fuse kept blowing. We were then told to use the microwave for 1 minute at a time. Then they moved the microwave to the bench over the wash hand basin. Day 2 the microwave stopped working and was replaced. The office door is always locked. The ice machine is out of order. The room fridge was off and took time to get cool enough to use.
