The staff offered me the opportunity to upgrade and allowed me to see the room comparison when I asked to. She offered me a discounted price of $19 per night to upgrade my room, and the name of the receptionist, was Anna. I thanked her and appreciated what she did. At checkout time, the one who discharged me was a different lady, a tall and plump woman who was present when Anna offered me the upgrade. Thus, I assumed she was aware of the special discount given by Anna. When her colleague discharged me, I felt strange that she never informed me of the total sum to clarify how much the extra cost would be that she would bill my credit card and said I could just go. But when I received the invoice via email the cost was an extra 30 per night $30x3 nights, compared to $19x 3 nights. When I emailed them about the mistake they made, they denied my explanation and stated I had already signed the card and agreed to the billing being deducted from my credit card. I emailed twice, and they came up with the same argument. The lady who discharged me at the counter should have told me the amount that she would bill my credit card as hotels do to me instead of discharging me and stating that the extra bill would be deducted from my credit card and the invoice would be emailed to me. Her action was dishonest, unprofessional, stealing and fooling the customer who trusted the credit card at the hotel. Customers have the right to be informed of the amount that the hotel is going to deduct before being discharged from the counter. The staff is not trustworthy.

Great location from WIN stadium. Food in restaurant was good as was breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to get our meal to us early, and although my coffee order was forgotten, it was given for no charge. Last time we stayed breakfast took forever to get extra orders.
