Great villa, beautiful resort, great facilities

It was a long drive from villa to get out, if was difficult for transfers to get us, and the staff didn’t explain all the rules well .

Very clean and always perfect service, especially quick communication via whatsapp was super easy. The area where the villas are located is super quiet (a park like area around the golf courts, all green and perfectly cultivated by the gardeners), perfect to relax. The connected hotel, pool area etc was easy to reach from the villa with a golf cart ... which was an experience in itself, the kids loved it.

As with all housing close to the sea in humid climate, the rooms and wardrobes tend to smell musty if not vented regularly. I think this is where some improvement could be made. The beach at c-beach-club could also get a bit more love, as it is quite heavy with corals so not so well suited for kids - however just 100m further (still part of the hotel area) there is another beach (near coco shack) which was way better, so we preferred that (just few people, no tourist walking by, so highly recommended). Water sport activities were only limited in case someone wants to do a lot, so there is some minor room of improvement.

Amazing property, couldn’t be a better location and decor. Outdoor space was immaculate, mature garden groomed also. Amazing staff and hosts.

Sadly we had a pluming issue with the property during our stay, which wasn’t resolved. Toilets to master suite and most of the house had a horrible stench going from them.

Wonderfully appointed accommodation, secure and safe. Pool too, BBQ, patio, ample room to entertain. Staff were excellent. We would have stayed for the entire duration of our break but for the distance to the other attractions on the island. Highly recommended!

Bel Ombre is a bit light on quality non- hotel restaurants. This means you need to travel a bit further (45 mins - 1 hour +) for anything decent. So hire a car!

the hotels are 10 mins by gulf car from villa no supermarket near the resort about 15 mins by car no restaurant near the resort

تعامل الموظفين غير جيد واي خدمه لك بفلوس حتى فرشاه الاسنان بفلوس السكن مبالغ بالاسعار بزياده ومبلغ التأمين الى الان لم يرجع لي
