Hotel muito bom, com uma infraestrutura excelente. Quartos e banheiros novos, ar funciona. É um hotel pra família toda pois tem espaços e atividades pra adultos e crianças, tendo recreação, brinquedoteca e 4 piscinas, algumas delas quentinhas. Gostamos da localização (tibau) pois não fica na muvuca da praia da Pipa porém é perto pra chegar de carro. Café da manhã gostoso. Hotel está bem cuidado e novo.

Algumas coisas do atendimento precisam de ajuste. -Um dos dias deixamos a chave do quarto para limpeza às 11:30 e quando retornamos 15h o quarto não havia sido limpo. Muitos hóspedes para pouco staff. - o hotel entrega diferentes horários pra você tomar café da manhã pois não tem capacidade para atender a todos. Ou de 7 às 8, ou de 8 às 9 ou 9 às 10. Então se quiser dormir a mais ou a menos é uma desvantagem pois o horário é entregado no check in. - o restaurante do hotel é gostoso, porém com preços bem salgados. O café da manhã é bom e completo, é servido tapioca preparada na hora porém cobram extra pelo queijo coalho, nunca vi isso em nenhum lugar do nordeste, nem em pousadas mais simples.

O hotel é muito bonito, espaçoso e o visual maravilhoso! As comidas são muito boas.

Os lençóis estavam manchados e com cheiros ruins e no banheiro tinha formiga. Pedi uma taça emprestada e eles cobram R$ 20,00 por taça que acho um absurdo!

O café da manhã não condiz com o valor pago, acho que é possível uma melhora em quantidade de ítens.

Tinha obra enquanto estávamos na piscina, sinceramente o quarto é top, mas precisa de melhorias no restante. Achei a comida do bar ruim, caldo de camarão sem camarão.
