According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Localização imbatível, mas com pontos a melhorar"

Sem dúvidas, o grande destaque da hospedagem é a localização privilegiada, próxima à Avenida Paulista, Oscar Freire, metrô, restaurantes e ao Teatro Renaissance. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé, o que é um enorme diferencial em São Paulo. Os quartos são no estilo flat/apartamento e oferecem ótima estrutura: mini sala com varanda, copa equipada com micro-ondas, frigobar, pia e utensílios, além de dois quartos com camas confortáveis, closet separado, ferro e tábua de passar. O banheiro também é espaçoso e conta com uma ducha excelente e bem potente.

Como pontos negativos, havia um evento no local e apenas um elevador pequeno funcionando, o que gerou bastante demora. Além disso, algo na saída do ralo do banheiro exalava um forte odor de urina. O café da manhã, servido no restaurante anexo, também deixou a desejar e ficou bem abaixo do padrão esperado para o hotel e para a região. Apesar desses pontos, a localização, o conforto e a praticidade fizeram a experiência valer muito a pena. Voltaria sem dúvidas em uma próxima viagem.
