千万不要住这个酒店，噩梦般的入住体验！前台有个又胖又秃的男店员，非常喜欢刁难人，办理入住时刁难了我有将近20分钟！整个旅行都因为这个酒店变的非常糟糕！3月31日12 点左右到达该酒店，因为是下午3点才能办理入住，只能先寄存行李外出吃午饭，寄存后给了一个行李牌，我装进了书包，本来打算背着书包外出吃饭但是因为当天下大雨，背包不方便又把书包也寄存了。吃饭回来办理入住发现行李牌放在书包里寄存了就和负责拿行李的人说明情况，就是这个又胖又秃的男员工，先是让我一边等着，其他人都办完了，我以为说明情况把包拿过来就能出示行李牌了，但是这人拒绝拿包让我出示证件，这里也没问题，需要核实身份，但是护照我也一起放包里了，没有随身携带，我跟他说可以把包给我我拿证件给你，他说不行，你需要出示证件，我说在包里，又让我出示号码牌，我说也在包里，我告知号码牌是11号(英语日语都说了，不存在听不懂的问题)，依然不行，就一直重复一句你让我怎么办你让我怎么办？完全一副小人得志故意刁难的表情，到此我也看明白了不可能通过他解决问题，只能找另外的店员，一个年长一些的男性店员了解情况后询问了行李牌号码就把行李拿出来了，核对了证件办理了入住。事实证明这个又肥又秃的男店员就是故意的，刁难旅客，为了拿到行李跟这个人对峙了有二十分钟之久，这是住旅店这么多年从来没有发生过的事情，遇到这样的服务我特别震惊。作为店员遇到问题是需要你解决问题，只会问你让我怎么办的还是辞职回家吧！因为这段入住被刁难的经历导致后面的两天都没有心情游玩，感觉特别恶心，以后再也不会去横滨了，想到这个酒店就恶心。不想被破坏心情的千万别订这个酒店，噩梦般的入住体验

接客が素晴らしかった対応が丁寧だった

スーツケースを開ける場所がベッドの上しかなくて、狭くて開けづらいのと、他のホテルにはあったのですが、広げるための布がなくてなんとなく気になりました。あとはスリッパが不織布ですぐに毛羽だって、履きづらかったです。あとはドライヤーな風量が弱くて乾きづらいのが残念かなと思いました。
