Best property in budget . Can’t expect more for such a deal . front desk representative was also professional and helpful

It was really a bad experience and bed was sounding and smells horrible and room was not clean enough, there was no blanket on the bed They charged extra money without informing us as they had already entered our credit card which is illegal and unethical,we did call to ask the reason but they were blaming it’s our fault and the refused to refund illegally deducted money. We felt embarrassed

It was filthy! There was roaches in the bathroom. It smelled so bad like mold and mildew. Bullet proof glass incases the front desk. The smoke detecter was broken. We ended up leaving 3 days early to a different hotel. I recommend nobody stays at that place!

The hotel is disgusting. Had several men hanging out at the front door smoking and the lobby smelt like smoke and mold. I never made it past the lobby.

If I could put no stars on this review, I would we went to stay for four nights and it was absolutely disgusting smelt like mold all throughout the hotel sheets were stained . The floor was stained and so were the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. We ended up sleeping in our cars and found a different hotel. We traveled 14 hrs from ga to tx and was highly disappointed the staff was very unhelpful I do not recommend this place!!!!!!!! Thankfully Expedia helped us find a new hotel! But In all honesty this place needs to be shut down the fact I had to deal with all that at 4:00am was ridiculous!!!!
