Deluxe Inn Motel

In my 47 years of life I have NEVER seen a room so terribly awful. I have NEVER seen so many ROACHES in one room EVER!! The little ones too... NOT TREE ROACHES either!! There were actual roaches in the BED! Not to mention the MICROWAVE and even live and dead ROACHES in the REFRIGERATOR!! They then REFUSED to give a refund... Paid almost $100, which for what it was is price gouging at it's finest. Filing reports to whomever will listen because NO ONE should have to go through the trauma of dealing with people who could care less. MORTIFIED that this place is still in business and taking advantage of innocent people. Better business bureau, health department get ready!

The place was filthy and bugs kept crawling on the walls. We decided to tell the manager and he got an attitude about it and still did not want to refund us but give us another room. We waited for him to go clean it himself just to give us another room just like the other one. It’s a very filthy place with old rusty furniture. We had children with us so we decided to leave without a refund to find a clean place to stay. Really disappointed in paying a $93 motel room that was infested and filthy. They don’t even try to fix anything. Bad bussiness.

The property is a little dated and may also be recovering from the hurricanes last year but the customer service was excellent and room very clean.

Great place great price

We stay here often when I’m Lake Charles and it is perfect. Very reasonable pricing and quiet, safe location.

Bedbugs in the bed, Room 121.

The chair had the back broken and the arm rest cracked . The bed was adequate and restroom clean , but the drain was slow in the shower .

It was horrible the place was flooded but not the rooms would not recommend this place. Microwave was not clean compact refrigerator was rusty

My stay was okay

horrible place from the minute I walked up with my debit card the lady in the front had an attitude from I don't know where guess she needed my PIN number again and basically threw the papers and said yeah I need the pin number!!! I thought okay I don't have a place to stay tonight so I'm going to chill well about 8 they just come walking in the THE ROOM . I MEAN COME IN ... THEN 2 MORE TIMES TO ASK IF I WAS STAYING . TOLD THEM TWICE 😠 No-one should Ever Just Come IN THE ROOM I PAID 90 FOR SLEEP AND SHELTER
