交通方便，出站沿著Yodobashi空橋就能抵達還不會風吹日曬，生活機能強，樓下有知名牛舌和7-11、Lopia也在附近；鄰近許多知名景點；房間空間大，放著行李箱也有足夠行走空間（上掀式29吋）床墊軟硬適中，但枕頭偏軟（可告知櫃檯領取新枕頭，支撐度較足夠），浴室水壓足夠不會忽冷忽熱；吹風機風量很大、提供許多備品很方便
