El restaurant de l’hotel no val molt la pena, i es dífil comunicar-se amb ells, no parlen molt bé l’anglés. I els massatge de l’hotel no valen molt la pena, massa cars.

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast buffet, restaurant, and views! They were very helpful when I got stung by a jellyfish, providing a first aid kit and helping call a doctor. The beach is wonderful and peaceful.

Inside our hotel room it was a little dark. Very dim lighting. Don’t think we would have minded other than happening to have a doctor in the room who had to use phone light to see.

The breakfast was nice

The hospitality here is not good. It started with the booking - I accidentally put the date one day extra and notified both booking.com and the hotel with 10 minutes of the booking being made, but they wouldn’t let us correct it and charged us full price for 2 rooms for the night before we arrived. We asked if we could arrange airport pickup for a fee and they said it’s not available. When we arrived we didn’t feel very welcome, like we were imposing on them. Also note if you are travelling with children, the rooms only have one large bed. Our two boys didn’t want to share a large bed, but they wanted to charge an extra 600thb a night for a separate mattress in the room. Overall, we were really disappointed by being over charged and made to feel unwelcome. Not normal Thai hospitality at this hotel at all!

The property itself has undeniable strengths. The views are stunning, and the grounds are well-maintained, making the beachfront rooms the best choice for guests. The breakfast offered a decent variety, though replenishment could be faster, and the location is excellent for enjoying the surrounding area. Despite the outdated rooms, the natural beauty of the setting provides a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s proximity to The Anyavee was a saving grace, as their staff were warm and accommodating, ensuring I could still enjoy a special beach dinner. With improved customer service and responsiveness, this hotel could truly match its beautiful setting.

My stay at this hotel for my birthday was overshadowed by poor communication and disappointing service. I booked through Booking.com and sent multiple messages requesting a beach dinner, but the hotel never responded. Later, they claimed they “do not use Booking.com,” despite listing their property there, which felt misleading. At reception, I was told my request was impossible due to a 24-hour notice policy, ruining my birthday plans. Staff were dismissive, service at the restaurant was slow, and room service was inconsistent. To make matters worse, the hotel even called before checkout asking when I would leave, which felt unwelcoming.

Très agréable séjour; le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Très bon petit déjeuné, varié.Au restaurant je conseille le poulet au curry massaman! Une voiture où un scoot sont conseillés si vous voulez bouger un peu.

La chambre aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement ( boisserie ,coussin de terrasse) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour;

Het bed was erg hard, verder was alles prima in orde.

Sehr ruhige Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand. Unser Gartenbungalow war hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren zu Beginn etwas hart, aber wurden sofort mit einem Topper verbessert. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und äußerst reichhaltig. Das Hauptrestaurant hatte gute Gerichte. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen.

Das Personal im Restaurant konnte kaum Englisch und wirkte etwas unbeholfen.
