Soy originaria de Cd Victoria y cada que viajo a visitar familia me hospedo en Las Fuentes, pero cada vez me decepciona más. Nos ha tocado muchas veces que el baño no tiene asiento reposador, no hay secadora del cabello y esta ocasión nos tocó que el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido descomunal por lo que optamos por apagarlo y al día siguiente pedir cambio de habitación. Veo que están en proceso de remodelación pero ese punto del AC, es indispensable mejorar a la par en todos los cuartos.

La entrada es a las 3 pm y no tenían habitaciones disponibles, les dije que ya había pagado mi habitación en línea por medio de Expedia y me contestaron bueno a nosotros aún no nos paga la página
