Lovely modern and clean rooms had everything we needed parking spaces and easy access great hosts a wonderful full English breakfast rounded off the perfect stay would definitely recommend easy access to Colshaw Hall

The owners Karl & Karen are really friendly and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to individual preference and I have a fussy teenager 😀. I would stay there again

Comfy, cosy, clean and a beautiful location. Friendly hosts who were very helpful in guiding us through the best spots to visit and the best transport options during our trip in to the town centre. Could not of asked for more and would definitely use again for future trips.

The breakfast was really nice as was the service. The room had everything I needed, very clean. The addition of fresh milk and a jug of water was appreciated.
