"OK. No more, no less."

Late arrival, high price. But outside the hotel entrance I booked room cheaper by mobile and hotell.com app. Funny faces inside 5 minutes later :) But room confirmed in their system. Pretty central to Pattaya attractions. Room ok, wifi ok, but no breakfast included. But who cares. But stayed just for one night, easy to find better accomodations in Jomtien.

"Would be perfect except for the TV"

Bed was super comfortable, room spacious and modern. Big soaking tub with endless hot water. Location is average, but great for the price. I complained that some Chanel's including the BBC were in black and white with no sound. I asked to change rooms and they instead send a guy who changed my remote control, never fixing anything. Other than this my stay was really nice and the Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup were excellent! I will be back! Please fix the TV situation!

"Pattayas hidden new gem"

Great hotel just off the beat and path. The service was great and the rooms are beautiful. In Pattaya it is one of the most affordable name brand hotels. It is close enough to the night life but yet still has a suburban feel to it.

"Good for the price"

I was pleased with the rooms, especially considering the price. It's conveniently close to the nightlife and lots of restaurants. Hard to go wrong, all things considered.

"Not Worth My Money"

I was looking for quality place for my money comparing to surrounding hotels. Service person seems to not know what to do. There are many service personal, but not friendly toward Asian guests. I had a clean shorts and shirt because I had been unable to purchase swimming suit, when I was trying to enjoy the hotel swimming pool. After I ordered 2 cocktails to be served at the pool side, the hotel lead approached me and told me I can not be in swimming in the pool, and must leave because the foreigner guests may not like it. I thought that was very embarrassing to tell a guest who was not looking Caucasians to not be in swimming poor with shorts. When I am from America and a foreigner myself. Anyway, I told the lady I was upset and would appreciate if the hotel would post a notice next to the pool of the rules, instead approaching guest while enjoying the pool to leave the pool. I do not get upset with the staff because the management should have posted rules to follow when there is no such, guest should be treated with equality. The rating is not worth 2 stars, but the hotel was clean and included free breakfast when you book it on Hotel.com. Breakfast was ok, not anything to pay for or complain.
